Our favourite aeronautical association, NASA has denied the iPhone launch for their employees, claiming that the device isn’t enterprise-ready. If NASA says “no”, that sets the bar for other companies, which is good news for BlackBerry. True to Balsillie’s stance of mutual exclusivity with Apple, the iPhone is starting to act as a foil to the BlackBerry by pressuring companies to make a decision on which device they’ll support. It might be a bit of a one-sided fight on the enterprise front, but one can’t complain about anything that cements RIM’s core market. Does the iPhone really have any chance whatsoever of putting a dent into corporate sales?
